Kiley Welcomes Visitors
Kiley has been pretty sleepy througout the day today. Grandma and Grandpa Scalia and Aunt Jennifer brought Cara over to meet her little sister. Cara was gentle and sweet with Kiley. We're all doing very well and will be going home tonight or tomorrow morning.
Kiley's First Day
Kiley got her first bath last night. Then we were moved from the Birthing Center to our temporary home in another part of the hospital. Kiley, mom, and dad slept for about 5 hours, then for another two. We're all doing well and really appreciate the kind words and well-wishes from our friends and family. Kiley has arrived!!!
We arrived at the hospital at 7 this morning. After 8 minutes of pushing, Kiley emerged at 6:54 this evening. She weighs 6 lbs. 5 oz. and is 20.5 inches long. Everyone is healthy and happy. More pictures and details to come. Thanks for all the well-wishes!
